Our Heritage
A Family Legacy, 130 Years in the Making
Francis Bohan arrived in America from Ireland at age twelve. By 1893, he had converted his uncle's grocery store into a bakery — and over thirty years, trained generations of bakers who went on to open shops across Pennsylvania and beyond.
Today, Francis's direct descendant Matt Mullock carries that tradition forward right here on Route 106 in Reading, Vermont. Every item is made from scratch — some from century-old family recipes — served in a place where locals and visitors alike feel like regulars.
